Our bespoke LED tape lighting is supplied cut to your exact required length and professionally soldered with the correct tails and driver compatibility. This makes it ideal for both domestic and commercial lighting installations where standard pre-packaged LED strips are not suitable.
Each order is built to your specification, ensuring a clean, ready-to-install LED strip lighting solution without the need for on-site cutting or soldering.
What is bespoke LED tape?
LED tape (also known as LED strip lighting) is a flexible lighting solution used for decorative, task and ambient lighting applications. It can be installed in kitchens, alcoves, display units, coving, retail environments and architectural lighting features.
Unlike standard off-the-shelf reels, our bespoke service allows you to specify:
- Exact metre length required
- Correct driver sizing
- Pre-soldered tails for easy installation
- Suitable colour temperature selection
Available LED tape options
We supply LED tape in a range of colour temperatures to suit different environments:

Warm White (approx. 2700K–3000K) – soft, ambient residential lighting

Neutral White (approx. 4000K) – balanced light suitable for kitchens and offices

Cool White (approx. 6000K) – bright, modern lighting for commercial and task areas

How bespoke LED tape ordering works
To ensure your LED tape is supplied correctly:
1. Select your required length
Enter the total metre length needed. If you require multiple separate runs, please add each run individually to your basket.
2. Choose your colour temperature
Select the lighting tone that best suits your installation environment.
3. Tail length (standard 1 metre)
All LED tape is supplied with 1 metre of pre-soldered tails as standard for connection. If you require longer tails, simply add additional length to your order.
4. Select the correct LED driver
LED tape requires an appropriate driver based on total wattage load. As a guide, this range uses approximately 9W per metre.
Example:
- 2m of LED tape = 18W total load
- Recommended driver = next size up (e.g. 25W dimmable or 30W standard)
We recommend always selecting a driver with headroom above the calculated load for optimal performance and reliability.

Important installation notes
LED tape must be installed with a compatible driver and correct polarity. It can be cut only at the marked cutting points if further adjustment is required on site. Ensure adequate ventilation and mounting surface preparation for optimal lifespan and performance.
